The iconic art fair returns for its seventh edition—here are the sights you cannot miss this year.
With 100 exhibitions, the seventh edition of Frieze LA art fair returns to Santa Monica Airport at last. This year, it invites audiences to reflect on the boundaries of the human form across physical, temporal, and spiritual dimensions.
From Feb. 26 to March 1, the fair features an expansive program, collaborations with nonprofit organizations, and pop-ups from some of Los Angeles' most beloved restaurants. Hosting a variety of local and international artists, Frieze LA offers pedestrians the opportunity to enjoy sculptural work, paintings, and multimedia exhibitions by global artists and newcomers alike.
Below, see the must-see gallery booths, installations, and events at the 2026 Frieze LA art fair.
Carlyle Packer
At Frieze LA, Carlye Packer presents pieces by Andy Robert. The series of works is abstract in nature, using feathers and found objects as gestural marks with the goal of capturing things as they are falling apart.
Where: Frieze Los Angeles, Booth F14, Santa Monica Airport, Los Angeles
When: Feb. 26 - March 1, 2026
Sea View Gallery
Sea View Gallery will be showing a new exhibition titled Démesuré by sculptor Zenobia Lee. In her work, Lee combines the archive of colonial modernity with the absurd, tracing records of Caribbean and Black diasporic ephemera. Through a variety of sculptural work inspired by everyday items like dominoes, parasols, drapery, flora, and stilts, this solo exhibition confronts the uneasy and at times absurd tenor of marginal folk cultural responses to conditions so destructive of context as to broach the phantasmagorical.

When: Feb 26 - March 1, 2026
Gemini G.E.L
Since its opening in 1966, Gemini G.E.L has been a leading voice in fine printmaking. As the leader of the printmaking renaissance, Gemini G.E.L has fostered the growth of artists like Roy Lichtenstein, and as a gallery is concerned with the discoveries of the future.
At Frieze LA, Gemini G.E.L. celebrates its 60th anniversary with an exhibition including works by David Hockney, Ellsworth Kelly, Jasper Johns, Lichtenstein, and Frank Gehry. These iconic pieces will be shown alongside works by contemporary female artists like Tacita Dean, Analia Saban, and Julie Mehretu.

When: Feb 26 - March 1, 2026
Hannah Traore Gallery
At Frieze LA 2026, Hannah Traore Gallery is presenting pieces by artist Turiya Adkins. In this body of work, a radical infusion of ancestral and Afrofuturist narratives, Adkins explores the notion of flight as an existential process—reaching beyond the theme as a subject in mythology, folklore, and history through the lens of Black imagination.

When: Feb. 26 - March 1, 2026
Company Gallery
Company Gallery will be presenting the work of emerging Mexican artist Sergio Miguel titled Tercio de Muerte. This series of carefully rendered oil paintings follows the artist’s exploration into the tension between historical allusion and contemporary critique, particularly in reference to the enduring legacies of Spanish colonialism.
Drawing from 17th and 18th century painting traditions, religious iconography, and symbolic language, Miguel crafts a visual narrative that examines themes of monstrosity, spectacle, and desire.

When: Feb. 26 - March 1, 2026
Francis Gallery
Francis Gallery will present The Sky Between Us, a site-specific solo exhibition by Los Angeles–based artist John Zabawa, staged inside the iconic Neutra VDL House, the former home and studio of architect Richard Neutra.
Bringing together an LA artist, an LA gallery, and one of the city’s most emblematic modernist houses, the exhibition takes Los Angeles itself as its subject. Zabawa's new paintings move through Southern California as a domestic space, using familiar scenes as an entryway into memory and interior life.
Where: 2300 Silver Lake Blvd, Neutra VDL Studio, Los Angeles
When: Feb. 26 - March 1, 2026
Formed For / Brodin Gallery
From artists and creative partners Kelley and Gavin Brodin, the Brodin Gallery and Formed For will be launching a new exhibition called Hard n Soft, which explores tension and transformation across contemporary materials. Together, the two spaces create a unified destination at the intersection of collectible design, architecture, and fine art.
Where: 1128 N. Highland Ave, Los Angeles
